What is it?
A mid 20th century vintage French 18ct gold médaille from the house, Augis. The pendant reads "+ QU'HIER - QUE DEMAIN" and translates to more than yesterday, less than tomorrow. It comes from a poem written by Rosemonde Gérard Rostand, a French poet and playwright, and describes the notion of loving someone more than you did yesterday and less than you will tomorrow. The original book style vintage box is included and also has a longer version of the quote found on the interior
